Achziv: Living By the Sea is a unique project located in northwestern Nahariya near the Achziv beach.
The project is led by the real estate entrepreneurs Electra Investments and ZMH Hammerman.
According to the approved plans, they plan to construct 745 housing units on the site.
Our firm is accompanying the entrepreneurs throughout the entire process: drafting and negotiation of the purchase agreement with the owners of the land rights, accompanying the planning processes, drafting agreements with the unit purchasers, assiting with financing agreements with the banks, and registering the condominiums at the end the process.
